Hypospadias Surgery Failures Finally Repaired

Mr. D.B. was born with hypospadias, a condition where the urethra was not completely formed. He underwent numerous failed open surgeries, dilations with sounds, and direct vision internal urethrotomy procedures, leaving him with recurrent infections and urethral strictures. He was referred to Dr. Gelman, who repaired his urethral stricture and hypospadias with a complex re-do urethroplasty.
